Informative Eye Health Website Link Added
No one wants to lose there vision. That’s why Columbus Ophthalmology Associates encourages individuals to understand their risk factors for eye disease and how to prevent injuries or infections. While in our office, we share information about your eye health through conversation, diagrams and written material. However, once you leave the office you may want additional information. We continue to search for educational products that share information about the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of eye disease. Recently the American Academy of Ophthalmology sponsored a website www.GetEyeSmart.org to do just that. It offers information concerning symptoms, common eye conditions, treatment options, glasses, contacts, eye health news and many more topics.
We urge you to visit the site before or after your visit to learn more about your eye health. Watch the videos to achieve a better understanding of the treatment options that may be offered to care for an existing issue. Learn safety tips to protect your precious gift of sight. Discover the latest eye health news. At Columbus Ophthalmology we want to work together, with you, to preserve your vision so you may continue to enjoy all facets of life.
